Grateful to be back in PHX for Barro's Chicago style pizza. I am NOT a St. Louis style pizza fan, sorry. Love the city and the people but not your pizza. St. Louis style is unique for its Provel cheese (a blend of provolone, Swiss, and white cheddar), thin crust, and cut into squares. The girls liked it though.

Ugh. Provel cheese is the worst! A travesty. I know some may disagree. Anyway, I don't like St Louis style pizza either! Good luck on your "new" calling and I love your clip that Emily helped you with. I made one too, with her instruction, and I want to make one like yours! Love the red.
